The Seller hereby agrees:

1. To hand over their legal personal details (NRIC/Passport) for identity verification purposes, and their items’ source of origin or certificate of authenticity if applicable, to the Auction House (‘Timeless Art’), before signing the sales agreement.
2. To give the Auction House permission and advertising rights in order to publicise and photograph their items for marketing purposes on our online platform.
3. To accept the losses and penalties incurred if they were to cancel/terminate the sale of their items before the auction has concluded.
4. To honour the mutually agreed ‘Reserve Price’ prior to the start of the auction, and that the item will not be sold if the final bidding price has not met the ‘Reserve Price’. The Auction House is not liable for any losses or damages incurred.
5. To pay the Seller’s Commission fee at a fixed rate of 15%, in addition to a 2% insurance fee, upon the successful sale of their auctioned items. Unsold items are still subject to a $10 administrative fee. Unsold items must be collected from our office warehouse within 14 days of the auction date, otherwise an additional storage fee of $15 will be charged for every day left uncollected.
